Критерії прогнозування появи гострих ерозивно-виразкових уражень верхніх відділів шлунково-кишкового тракту у хворих з поєднаною травмою

Abstract

Since І 993 till 1999 936 patients with multiple trauma were enrolled in our study. Arnong them 98 had shown signs of acute erosive-ulcerative lesions of the upper gastrointestinal tract. Clinical and morphological findings of this group were evaluated and compared with а control. That allowed to identify significant criteria for prediction of development stress ulcerations, such as: ISS score more than 40, Ioss of mоrе than 30% blood volume, Glasgow сота scale less than І О, mechanical ventilation more than 24 h, multiple organ failure. Other pathologic factors were Jess prognostically significant. А practical guideline for stress ulcer prognosis and indications of prophylaxis were developed and introduced.
