Діагностика і лікування защемлених післяопераційних вентральних гриж

Abstract

There were treated 215 patients with postoperative abdominal hemiae for last І О years. Among them were 35 patients with infringed hemia. The choice of preoperative treatment was depended from the period of infringement, contents of hernia sac and accompanying pathology. We used autoplastic method bу П-liked and knoted sutures in аІІ patients. The good results of treatment of the patients with postoperative inftinged abdomiпal hemia were depended from the earlier hospitalization, right method of the treatment, operation technique and correct therapy in the postoperative period. ln the case of giant and very old hemias, the method of choice is using polypropilene materials and operation bу "free tension" method.
