Abstract

The antihypertensive and antiichemic effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (Enalapril) end angiotensin 2 antagonist (Losartan) has been studied in 87 hypertensive patients. Of this patients, 73 patients has been monitored through ECG and they showed ischemic heart disease. Those preparations has been administered to those patients few 3 weeks. The average record of blood pressure as well as day fme а night time record were decreased as well as the cardiac output and moming raise in the blood pressure has also reduced approaching normal. At the mean time, the frequency а time of myocardial ischemia was shown to he decreased ST segment depression was inverted it has been found that correllation between the change in the blood pressure and myocardial ischemia.
