Морфологічні особливості аутоімунного тиреоїдиту у прикарпатському ендемінному вогнищі зоба

Abstract

With aim of research of morphological peculiarities of autoimmune thyroiditis (АТ) in Precarpathian endemic goiter region the analisis of clinical documentation and histological examination of postoperative material of patieпts operated with thyroid pathology in Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital in 1966-1993 years were studied. We destinguish bу analisis morphological typs of АТ - typical, oxifilic-cells and atrofical, which in 1981-1990 years in 84,0%, 15,4% and 0,6% were revealed. In 31,6% of patients with АТ in thyroid gland nodular forrnations were reveald, more frequently oxiphilic-cells nodulus, follicular and microfollicular adenomas, cystadenoma. Vorcancer processes (papillar cystadenoma, atypical adenoma, adenoma with invasion capsulae, dysplasia) in 12,7%, cancer - in 6,2% of pathients with АТ were revealed. Focal thyroiditis in 13,0% of patients with nodular goiter and in 15,1 % of patients with diffuse goiter, autoimmune reaction - in 9,8% of patients with nodular gaiter and 14,3% with diffuse goiter were reavealed. In Precarpathian endemic goiter region revealed various morphological typs of АТ, is hight frequently of cases with combinatoins АТ, focal thyroiditis and autoimmene reaction with another thyroid pathology.
