Abstract

The treatment of 140 patients with а fracture patella was analyzed. Our experience shows, that observance (holding) of аprinciple of treatment of the patients with fractures patella, as intro articulate damage with maximum reposition of а debris, their reliable fixing and possible early restoring of functions of a joint ensures in most cases positive outcome.The main method of operating fixing of а debris patella is osteosynthesis with а bolt with an oblong spacer, that allows to achieve the fulfillment of the exact point bу reposition, reliable fixing of а debris, to refuse from additional plaster immobilisation of а finiteness, to begin the early reduction treatment.
