Вплив арніки гірської на локальні зміни тканинного фібринолізу і протеолізу у жінок з міомою матки

Abstract

The state of the systems of fibrinolysis and unlimited proteolysis in the tissues of the myomatous uterus has been studied. The uterus was extirpated in connection with metrorrhagia. lt is demonstrated that the use of arnica in а course of multimodality treatment of patients with uterine myoma decreases the intensity of tissue fibrinolysis and favours the normalization of the structure of the total fibrinolytic activity in the perimyomatous tissue. The enzymatic decomposition of collagen is inhibited in а myomatous node under the influence of multimodality treatment, employing mountain amica. The application of mountain amica in multimodality treatment in patiets with uterine myoma results in а decrease of both enzymatic and nonenzymatic fibrinolysis in the tissue of а myomatous node.
