Abstract

The clear criterions are necessary to determine а time of termination of pregnancy complicated bу preeclarnpsia. Employement of correlation analysis method for comparison of clinical, laboratory examinations with frequency of preeclampsia cases, made possible to show the most considerable criterions of pregnant woman and foetus condition. The revealed criterions of severity of mother and foetus condition are connected, first of all, with disorders of mother's liver activity. That's why, put into practice hepatoprotectors for preeclampsia menagement is pathogenetically justified. So far as the chronic fetoplacental insufficiency indicate the high bleeding risk, therefore treatment of CFPI means preventive measures of maternal bleeding.
