Механізми впливу спелеотерапії на функцію дихання через анаболічний відділ ендокринної системи

Abstract

In 138 patients of (Chronic nonspecific lung diseases) CNLD who underwent hazardonse afterwreck conditions investigations of some hormones system: ТГН-Т4- sT-Тз, STH-PRL< Ins-Cpep-Gastr after speleotherapy gave possibility to see that disorders of ( extemal respiratory function) PRL escorted with changes of nearly all hormones were studied. Degree of PRL changes were reflected on hоrmonе system not іn one way: some activation of hypophisis as а reaction оn cere at patients without changes of PRL, which foilowed bу synthesis of ТГН and PRL ів·'case of manifestant changes of PRL. Аmоng reactions of periferial endocrin glands tendency to normalization of thyroid hormones with huge changes in Ins-Cpep-Gastr system at patients with not large disorders of PRL and decreasing of Т4 synthesis were found іn cases of maвifestant disorders of PRL.
