| Abstract: | The article discusses the process of preparation of the ship against the Orthodox, reviews the trial, studied the correctness of the verdict. The main task of the judicial process - to condemn the Orthodox for treason and activities for the benefit of Russia. The author collected data and analyzed the methods of pre-trial investigation of the Hungarian police, called the main instigators of the persecution of the peasants, set the names of witnesses and defendants. The trial did not stop the Orthodox, but only reinforced this phenomenon. |
