Еволюція змісту освіти у вищій школі України в умовах глобальних викликів сьогодення

Abstract

В умовах викликів сьогодення вища освіта України є важливим засобом для сприяння розвитку країни та зміцненню національної ідентичності та самовизначення. В роботі проводиться огляд та аналіз сучасних тенденцій та еволюції змісту освіти у вищій школі в умовах війни і глобальних викликів. Аналізується зміст навчання як компонент, який характеризує освітній навчальний процес і визначається цілями навчання. Освітній процес слід вивчати і досліджувати в його проєктивному вимірі, який включає проєктування, реалізацію, оцінювання та орієнтацію результатів на особистісне і соціальне, віддіагностованого сьогодення до бажаного майбутнього. Згідно цього, в роботі розкриваються питання ефективності процесів трансформації змісту вищої освіти України та переваги для соціальних сфер відвідповідної та якісної освіти.

In the context of global challenges, Ukrainian higher education focuses on the development of an educational system with a perspective of the transformative power of human beings to shape a new society. A new vision of higher education is perhaps the most important means by which a country can contribute to its development and strengthen its national identity and self-determination, based on the contribution it can make to modernity, embodied in the project of a society committed to sustainable human development. In the context of military armed aggression, higher education in Ukraine is an important tool available to the country to promote its development and strengthen national identity and self-determination. In the paper current trends and evolution of the content of education in the context of war and global challenges are analysed. The effectiveness of the transformation of higher education in Ukraine and the benefits to the social spheres of relevant and high-quality education is discussed. The results of the study show that in the context of global challenges, the development and transformation of higher education is a lifesaver for all social sectors of Ukraine, which prioritise the basic needs of society. It is not enough to meet the needs of the modern export sector or the requirements of the manufacturing sector. It is necessary to develop higher education with a clear understanding of its social function. In the context of war and in the post-war perspective, Ukraine needs a higher education institution with a type of education that is a centre of continuing education for the renewal and retraining of personnel, a university with strong fundamental disciplines and with a wide variety of study programmes, intermediate diplomas and the ability to manoeuvre between courses and subjects, in case of a change in one's previous choice. The goal should be for students to leave the university with not only diplomas but also knowledge relevant to life in society. The educational process should be studied and researched from its projective dimension, which includes its design, implementation, evaluation and orientation of its results towards the personal and social, from the diagnosed present to the desired future.
