Трансформаційні процеси у вищій школі США (ХХ-ХХІ ст.).

Abstract

У статті зосереджена уваrа на трансформаційних процесах у вищій школі США. Підкреслюється, що саме ХХ-ХХІ ст. є періодом суттєвих змін в освіті США (елективні курси, кредитна система, дистанційне навчання, академічна мобільність, орієнтація на ринок праці). Здійснено типолоrію інституційних реформ, яка включає перетворення 1-rо і 2-rо порядку, еволюційні й революційні, адаптивні й rенеративні, активні й реактивні зміни.

This article focuses on peculiarities of transformation processes in higher education of the USA. The period of the ХХ-ХХI century is considered particularly significant in the development of the US education (elective courses, credit system, distance learning, academic mobility, labor market orientation). The typology of insti- tutional reforms includes: the conversion of 1st and 2nd order, evolutionary and revolutionary, adaptive and generative, active and reactive transformations.
