Концептуальні засади впровадження інновацій у судове управління.

Abstract

У статті запропоновано й обґрунтовано концептуальні засади впровадження інновацій у судове управління в умовах інформаційного суспільства задля вдосконалення однієї з основних функцій органів судової влади Украї- ни – функції правосуддя. Визначено та розкрито основні напрями розробки концептуальних засад: загальноправо- ва характеристика функції судового управління і її складових (функцій правового, організаційного й інформаційного забезпечення); модель забезпечення належних умов у судах для здійснення правосуддя тощо. The article suggested and substantiated the conceptual foundations of introduction the innovation in the judicial administration in the conditions of information society for the improvement of one of the main functions of the judiciary in Ukraine – judicial function.The main directions of development the conceptual bases: general legal characterization of the functions of judicial administration and its component (function of legal, organizational and information ensuring); model of ensuring the appropriate conditions in the courts for justice to be done etc. Key words: judicial authorities of Ukraine, function of justice, function of court administration, function of legal, organizational, administrative and information innovation.
