Abstract

У статті досліджується розвиток Транснаціональних компаній та їхній вплив на міжнародні відносини. Історична еволюція ТНК з важливими етапами в їх розвитку, визначення, поняття, концепція і зміна їх сфер потужності та впливу на країни, міжнародні організації та міжнародні відносини. Також розглядається значення ТНК в контексті прав людини.

This article analyzes the development of Multinational Corporations and their changing position and effects on International Relations. The historical evolution of multinationals with important historical milestones in their development, the definition, the concepts and their changing power capabilities and effects on nation states, international organizations and international relations. This article addresses the significance of the transnational corporation, the role of the transnational corporation in the context of human rights.
