Обмеження права на свободу мирних зібрань у практиці Європейського суду з прав людини.

Abstract

Стаття присвячена питанням практики Європейського суду з прав людини щодо реалізації права на свободу мирних зібрань. Досліджуються рішення, пов’язані з обмеженням цього права, проводиться узагальнення практики. Велика увага приділяється характеристиці змісту підстав для обмеження права на свободу мирних зібрань згідно з Європейською конвенцією з прав людини. Ключові слова: права людини, мирні зібрання, Європейський суд з прав людини, Європейська конвенція з прав людини, обмеження права.

Article is devoted to the practice of European Court of Human Rights on the freedom of peaceful assembly. The decisions related to the restriction of this right are studied. A lot of attention is paid to the characteristics of the contents of grounds for restricting the freedom of peaceful assembly under the European Convention on Human Rights.
