Природно–правові властивості свободи людини в буттєвому просторі.

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється свобода людини в буттєвому просторі через природно-правові властивості, що полягають у здатності людини узгоджувати власні життєві позиції з нормами природного права, а також у дотриманні прав і свобод інших осіб. Обґрунтовується теза про те, що людина народжується в природному стані свободи і, відповідно, у природноправовому просторі свобода людини є основною особливістю її реалізації. Ключові слова: буття, свобода, свобідна воля, природно-правовий простір, природно-правова відповідальність.

The article deals with the personal freedom in the existential space through the natural and legal characteristics that lie in the human ability to negotiate own vital positions with the norms of the natural law, and in compliance with the rights and freedoms of other persons. It is proved that a man is born in a natural state of freedom, and consequently, the freedom of a man is a major feature of his realization in the natural and legal space.
