Особливості організації дистанційного навчання у процесі фахової підготовки науково‐педагогічних працівників ЗВО України (аналіз досвіду країн ЄС)

Abstract

У представленій статті висвітлено принципи ефективної організації дистанційного навчання та вектори цифрової трансформації у процесі фахової підготовки науково-педагогічних працівників українських ЗВО. Зазначено, що пандемія COVID-19 прискорила перехід до дистанційної форми навчання, і освітні установи країн Європейського Союзу досягли значних успіхів у цьому напрямі. Тож, у статті розглядаються підходи європейського освітнього середовища, що можуть слугувати основою для впровадження змін в освітній системі України. У тексті актуалізовано проблеми та перешкоди у фаховій підготовці науково-педагогічного складу вищої школи. Висвітлено основні напрями розвитку дистанційної взаємодії в освітніх програмах європейських університетів. Представлено тенденції в педагогічній діяльності країн ЄС, обумовлені переходом до дистанційної форми. Узгоджено отримані результати з реаліями українського контексту та висвітлено принципи подальшого розвитку у їх послідовній зв’язності.

The need for effective remote learning tools and strategies has become paramount, and educators have had to adapt their teaching methods to meet this need. The European Union educational institutions have made major strides in the area of distance learning, and their experiences might serve as a foundation for making changes in Ukraine's educational system. The paper investigates the approaches of the European educational environment and identifies the key directions of development of distant engagement in European university educational programs. These insights are valuable to Ukrainian educators who are seeking to navigate the evolving landscape of remote learning. The paper updates the challenges and obstacles in the professional preparation of the higher school's scientific and pedagogical staff. It identifies key challenges that educators face in delivering quality education to their students, and outlines strategies that can be used to overcome these challenges. The paper also highlights the importance of continuous professional development for educators, and the need for ongoing training and support to help them deliver quality education to their students. The principles of successful distant learning organization and digital transformation vectors have become increasingly important in the process of professional training of scientific and pedagogical employees in Ukrainian higher education institutions. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transition to distance education, and European Union educational institutions have made major strides in this area.
