Поетична фіксація подій голодомору в Україні у поемі «Летіли дзвони» Миколи Томенка

Abstract

У статті розглядається друга книга тетралогії «Трудова книжка матері» Миколи Томенка під назвою «Летіли дзвони», влучно означена автором як поема потрясінь. Дослідження охоплює 4 розділи з 32, в яких образно, психологічно-емоційно виписано долі українців (як дорослих, так і дітей) під час голодомору, знищення української нації кремлівською владою у 1921–1922, 1932–1933, 1947 роках. Книга «Летіли дзвони» створена на основі листів слухачів українського радіо, які документально свідчили про події голодомору у своїх родинах та родинах сусідів, про каторжну працю жінок у совєцьких колгоспах та знущання ставлеників влади над голодними людьми. Кожен розділ поеми можна назвати своєрідним архетипом доби, оскільки в ньому зафіксовано злочини кремлівського режиму, які українці ніколи не забудуть. Аналізується система римування, як один із засобів сприйняття поетичного тексту. Визначається, як через емоційну деталь поет вибудовує узагальнюючий образ українців, нації, яка мала бути знищена більшовицьким режимом, виносить вирок тій системі і закликає пам’ятати уроки нашої історії, так швидко забутої спритними ділками, які розділили вже Незалежну Україну на сфери впливу і джерело прибутків. І цьому теж полягає актуальність твору. Наголошується, що роль цієї книги як історичного документа епохи минулого століття є винятково актуальною. Зазначається, що осмислення та вивчення уроків минулого через поетичний образ дозволить вивільнити націю з лабет «руского міра», а також позбавить раз і назавжди українців від знущань, принижень, ґвалтувань, вбивств, фільтраційних таборів, які використовує сучасна росія як спадкоємниця комуністично-більшовицького тоталітарного режиму.

The article is focused on the review of the second book of the “Mother’s Work Record Book” tetralogy by Mykola Tomenko entitled “When Bells Were Flying Down”, aptly defined by the author as a Poem of Ordeals. The study covers 4 chapters out of 32, presenting in images a psychological and emotional description of the destinies of Ukrainians (both adults and children) during the Holodomor (Great Famine), the destruction of the Ukrainian nation by the Kremlin in 1921–1922, 1932–1933, and 1947. The “When Bells Were Flying Down” book was created based on letters from Ukrainian radio audience who documented the events of the famine in their families and the families of their neighbors, the forced labor of women in sovietski kolhospy (Soviet collective farms), and the abuse of hungry people by government agents. Each section of the poem can be called a kind of archetype of the era, as it records the crimes of the Kremlin regime, which Ukrainians will never forget. The rhyming system as one of the means of perceiving a poetic text is analyzed. It is determined how, through an emotional detail, the poet is building up a general image of Ukrainians, a nation that was to be destroyed by the Bolshevik regime, pronouncing a sentence on that system and is calling to remember the lessons of our history, so quickly forgotten by ’smart’ business who has divided Ukraine, independent already, into spheres of influence and profit sources. And this is what makes the book relevant, too. The role of this book as a historical document of the last century era is emphasized as especially relevant. It is noted that realizing and studying the lessons of the past through a poetic image will help free the nation from the “Russian world” shackles as well as turn Ukrainians free once and for ever from the abuse, humiliation, rapes, murders, and filtration camps used by modern Russia as the heir to the communist-Bolshevik totalitarian regime.
