Вербальний компонент англомовного кінодискурсу (на основі фільму “007: Skyfall”)

Abstract

У даному дослідженні вивчається вербальний компонент англомовного кінодискурса. Кінодискурс розглянуто як тип мультимодального тексту, представлений у вигляді синтезу двох основних компонентів – вербальний (лінгвальний) та невербальний (екстралінгвальний). Вербальний компонент дискурсу кіно представлений у вигляді кіносценарію, який в рамках кінокартини не є цілком реалістичним, а лише наближений до розмовної мови. Дослідження пропонує аналіз вербального блоку кінодискурсу в рамках однієї кінокартини серії «бондіани». На прикладі кінострічки “007: Skyfall” (2012) розглянуто використання різних складових лінгвального блоку, до яких відносяться кінодіалог, ономастикон, а також їхня взаємодія з екстралінгвальними аспектами мультимодального тексту. При роботі з вербальною складовою визначено шляхи відтворення національного колориту, а також прийоми іронії, що відображають стосунки між персонажами. Визначено проблему умовної близькості мови кіно до реального спілкування, а також його характерні риси відображення в рамках кінодіалогу. Досліджено алюзивність та вмотивованість власних назв і фільмоніма, способу їхнього використання в жанрі шпигунського кіно. Розглянуто прийом асоціативного сприйняття картини методом взаємозв’язку з попередніми фільмами серії «бондіани» у вербальних аспектах за класовими фразами. Наведені приклади демонструють, що саме повернення до попередніх частин створює ту саму атмосферу, яка панує над усією кіносагою і закарбовується у пам’яті глядача як реципієнта інформації. Також автори зосередили свою увагу на визначення фільмом антагоніста та протагоніста, їхніх особливостей та характерних ознак, які додають яскравості персонажу та відрізняють його від інших.

This study examines the verbal component of English-language film discourse. Film discourse is considered as a type of multimodal text, presented as a synthesis of two main components – verbal (lingual) and non-verbal (extralingual). The verbal component of the cinema discourse is presented in the form of a film script, which is not entirely realistic within the framework of the film, but only approximates to spoken language. The study offers an analysis of the verbal block of film discourse within one film of the “James Bond” series. Using the example of the film “007: Skyfall” (2012), the use of various components of the linguistic block, including film dialogue, proper names, as well as their interaction with extralingual aspects of the multimodal text, is considered. When working with the verbal component, the ways of reproducing the national flavor are determined, as well as the techniques of irony that reflect the relationship between the characters. The problem of conditional closeness of film language to real communication is defined, as well as its characteristic features of reflection within the framework of film dialogue. The allusiveness and motivation of proper names and film names, the way they are used in the genre of spy cinema, are studied. The method of associative perception of the picture by the method of interconnection with the previous films of the “James Bond” series in verbal aspects according to class phrases is considered. The given examples demonstrate that the very return to the previous parts creates the same atmosphere that dominates the entire film saga and is imprinted in the memory of the viewer as a recipient of information. Also, the authors focused their attention on the film’s definition of the antagonist and the protagonist, their features and characteristic features that add brightness to the character and distinguish it from others.
