Аналіз факторів впливу на розвиток будівельної галузі

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано тенденції розвитку будівельної галузі України. Досліджено фактори, що впливають на стійкий розвиток будівельної галузі. Доведено, що на сьогоднішній день задача пошуку чинників впливу на розвиток будівельної галузі є вкрай актуальною та викликає певний науковий інтерес, однак, уніфікованої множини факторів, що в однаковій мірі впливають на розвиток будівництва в кожній окремій країні, не існує.

The article analyzes the trends of the construction industry in Ukraine. The author investigated the factors, which influence the sustainable development of the construction industry. It is proved that the problem of recovery of the construction industry in Ukraine to date is important. Unlike most other industries, the construction industry has its own specific features, namely: products of the construction industry, representing durable goods; the vast majority of products require significant expenditures that are impossible without an attractive investment climate and a normally functioning financial market; a significant proportion of production of the construction industry directly depends on state funding of infrastructure programs.
