| dc.description.abstract | Among 178 patients operated on the геnаІ neoplasm in 94 we made гight side and in 84 left side nephrectomy. Analysis of the results of opeгations гevealed the peculiarites of the гight side nephrectomy. We observed damage of vena cava inferior in 4 patients, haemorrhage from delated venaes perirenal fatty tissue in 5 patients, insuffuciense of the stump of the renal limb in 3 patients, trombosis of vena cava inferior in 4 patients, duodenum was damaged in І case and large intestinum in І case. In аll 4 cases of vena cava inferior damage venorrhaphy was peгfoгmed. Haemorrhage from delated venaes of реrіrеnаl fatty tissue was stopped bу sutuгation and ligation of vessels, one patient died. | uk |
