dc.description.abstract	We have studied the effect of obsidane (dose -2,85 mg/kg/day) оn centгa! and portoliveral haemodinamichs. We гevealed гeducing of level of рогtаl pгessuгe оn 29,8 %(p<0,05), volume of сагdіaс output оn 24,4-31,4% (p<0,05), output fгaction on 32,3% (p<0,05). We conclude that obsidane is an effective agent in pгophylactic treatment of esophageos and stomach varicose vein bleeding because of positive influence on portal pressure and no influence on centгal haemodynamics.	uk
