Abstract

We have analysed the tuberculosis epidemiological situation in Transcarpathia during last З years and the influencing factors. Due to active immunisation of the population we have managed to stop and stabilise to а definite extent the disease in most regions of Transcarpathia. But the problem still remains as to the measures to reveal the disease among the unemployed, pensioners, migrants, conduction of controlled rational chemotherapy, the search of new forms and methods of preventative measures among the population.
