dc.description.abstract	The article deals with the procedure for extradition of persons who have committed criminal offenses provided for by the Criminal Procedural Code in force. The author concludes of the stages of this procedure. Attention is focused on differentiation of guarantees of the rights of persons involved in extradition proceedings at each stage of this procedure.
