Проблеми оцінювання соціальних та еколого-орієнтованих бізнес-процесів на підприємстві

Abstract

Метою статті є визначення можливостей оцінювання бізнес-процесів на підставі використання сучасного інструментарію менеджменту та моделювання діяльності підприємства. Актуальність цього питання зумовлена необхідністю визначення можливостей та проблем забезпечення сталого розвитку на підприємстві. У статті запропоновано модель “AS – IS” для оцінювання соціальних та еколого-орієнтованих бізнес-процесів в методології функціонального моделювання, що дає змогу провести аналіз наявного стану процесів компанії та процедуру опису, формалізації та оптимізації цих бізнес-процесів. Для оцінювання соціальних та еколого-орієнтованих бізнес-процесів у статті систематизовано основні показники оцінювання ефективності бізнес-процесів, запропоновано вибирати сучасні інструменти моделювання цих специфічних процесів в нотації IDEF0 (Integration Definition for Function Modeling) методології SADT-діаграм. Визначено, що завдяки побудови функціональної моделі (“AS – IS”) соціальних та еколого-орієнтованих бізнес-процесів можна отримати зрозумілі для сприйняття, точні та якісні графічні зображення поточного стану цих процесів, а далі на підставі отриманих результатів рекомендовано проводити аналіз наявних проблем, що включає подальшу роботу з імітації завдяки графічним моделям.

The aim of the article had been determination of possibilities of evaluation of business processes on the basis of the use of modern tool of management and design of activity of enterprise. Actuality of this problem had been predefined by the necessity of determination of possibilities and problems of providing of steady development on an enterprise. As in the process of realization of estimation of efficiency of social and ecologically oriented business processes, as well as any other business processes, there is a row of general issues that in most cases is related to the shortage of knowledge or resources, then it costs to apply universal methodology of estimation of efficiency of business processes taking into account ecological and social constituents of activity of enterprise. The model of “AS – IS” for the evaluation of social and ecologically oriented business processes in methodology of functional design, that allows to conduct the analysis of the existent state of processes of company and conduct procedure of description, formalization and optimization of these business processes. For the evaluation of social and ecologically oriented business processes in the article the basic indexes of estimation of efficiency of business processes had been systematized and it is suggested to elect the modern instruments of design of the specific processes at notation of IDEF0 (Integration Definition for Function Modeling) of methodology of SADT-diagrams. Certainly, that due to the constructions of functional model (AS – IS) of social and ecologically oriented business processes can be got clear for perception, exact and quality graphic images of current status of these processes and farther on the basis of the got results had been recommended to conduct the analysis of existent problems, that includes further work for imitations due to graphic models. In the article an example of construction of functional model (“AS – IS”) of social and ecologically oriented business processes of enterprise had been completed at notation of IDEF0 of methodology of SADT-diagrams with the grant of image to her decoupling on more subzero level. In the article difficulties of analysis of social and ecologically oriented processes are certain and facilities of their removal are set.
