Особливості впливу освіти на інноваційно-інтелектуальний розвиток України

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано системи розвитку освіти в Україні та за кордоном. Надано авторську порівняльну характеристику української, американської та західної моделей освіти. Визначено основні проблеми, які негативно впливають на забезпечення якості освіти, а також виокремлено чинники, які гальмують інноваційно-інтелектуальний розвиток України. Проаналізовано якість здобуття середньої освіти в Україні та особливості впливу системи освіти на інноваційно-інтелектуальний розвиток України. Здійснено моніторинг позицій України у світових глобальних та освітніх рейтингах, які визначають формування інтелектуального капіталу в країнах. Досліджено нерівність між країнами та можливостями отримання освіти, вплив рівня життя населення на людський розвиток. Обґрунтовано стратегічні пріоритети інноваційно-інтелектуального розвитку країни.

Scientific and technological changes, increasing the role of information resources have contributed to the intellectualization of the economy. Global trends in competitiveness of countries are aimed at the formation and development of intellectual capital and innovation. The education system is one of the main indicators of the development of intellectual resources, human capital. The formation and development of the innovation-intellectual model of the national economy for Ukraine is a priority. The peculiarities of the influence of education on innovative and intellectual development of Ukraine are a topical research today. The article describes education development systems in Ukraine and abroad. The quality of secondary education has been investigated; international indicators of reading, mathematical and science literacy among students have been analyzed. The position of Ukraine in the global and educational ratings that determine the formation of intellectual capital in the countries is monitored. The main problems that negatively affect the quality of education are identified and the factors that hinder the innovative and intellectual development of Ukraine are separated. Author’s comparative characteristics of Ukrainian, American and Western models of education are given. The main reasons for migration of Ukrainians and the peculiarities of studying in higher education institutions abroad are analyzed. The socio-economic development of the world leader with the help of intellectual capital is investigated. The main tasks of state authorities and factors of growth of innovative and intellectual development of the country are determined. The main problems that hinder the formation and development of intellectual capital in Ukraine are described. Inequalities between countries and educational opportunities, the impact of living standards on human development have been investigated. Strategic priorities of innovative and intellectual development of the country have been determined. The key professional skills of the future leader will contribute to the formation of intellectual capital in the country.
