Моделювання механізму створення стандартних заходів захисту від загроз пріоритетних трансформацій підприємства: науковий аспект

Abstract

У дослідженні розглядається питання наукового підходу до моделювання механізму створення стандартних заходів безпеки від загроз пріоритетних трансформацій для підприємств харчової промисловості. Представлено модель механізму конструювання стандартних заходів безпеки від загроз пріоритетних трансформацій у системі економічної безпеки підприємства з огляду на спроможність цієї системи передбачити та достовірно оцінити негативний вплив вірогідних загроз. Наведено характеристику галузевих (зовнішніх) та підприємницьких (внутрішніх) чинників пріоритетних трансформацій для підприємств харчової промисловості. Побудовано матрицю SWOT-аналізу процесів пріоритетних трансформаційних перетворень підприємства харчової промисловості. Означено основні групи заходів захисту від загроз пріоритетних трансформацій. Схематично представлено алгоритм прийняття управлінських рішень щодо застосування заходів захисту від загроз пріоритетних трансформаційних перетворень. За результатами роботи зроблено відповідні висновки та означено напрями подальших наукових досліджень.

Modern food industry enterprise carries out its business processes in the conditions of constant transformational transformations of the internal and external environment. Accordingly, the enterprise’s economic security system must adapt to the new conditions of operation and have effective means of protection against risks and threats that arise in the course of transformations of different nature. This study addresses the issue of a scientific approach to modeling the mechanism of creating standard security measures against threats of priority transformations for food industry enterprises. The robot used methods of structural analysis, SWOT analysis, systematization of data, modeling of economic systems and generalization of results. The author presents a model of the mechanism of designing standard security tools against threats of priority transformations in the enterprise’s economic security system, given the ability of this system to predict and reliably evaluate the negative impact of probable threats. The characteristics of general economic (external), sectoral (external) and entrepreneurial (internal) factors of priority transformations for food industry enterprises are presented. The main content of each priority transformation transformation is determined. The matrix of SWOT-analysis of processes of priority transformational transformations of the food industry enterprise with the identification of their strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats is constructed. The main groups of means of protection against threats of priority transformational transformations are identified. The algorithm for managerial decision making regarding the application of protection against threats of priority transformational transformations is presented schematically. The conducted researches have shown that creation of the mechanism of creation of standard measures from threats of priority transformation processes at the enterprises of the food industry occurs under the influence of external and internal factors, depends on the personal properties of the corresponding transformation transformation and ability of the system of economic security of the enterprise to modeling economic processes. According to the results of this work, directions for further scientific research are also outlined.
