Таксономічний аналіз управління життєзабезпечення підприємств харчової промисловості

Abstract

У статті представлено методологічні основи таксономічного аналізу життєзабезпечення підприємств харчової промисловості. Наголошено на необхідності розвитку та підтримки підприємств даної сфери економіки, як надважливої галузі, розвиток якої є основою для формування здорового та конкурентоспроможного населення країни. Зазначено, що якісно-кількісний склад населення має пряму залежність від продуктів харчування, тому підтримка таких виробників є важливим елементом стратегічного управління. У статті обґрунтовано таксономічний аналіз життєзабезпечення підприємств харчової промисловості з урахуванням основних факторів виробництва (праця, земля, капітал та підприємливість). Окреслено основні фінансово-економічні складові що впливають на життєзабезпечення підприємства на прикладі підприємства харчової промисловості Запорізького регіону з виробництва хліба та хлібних виробів.

The article presents the methodological basis of taxonomic analysis of life support of food industry enterprises. The need to develop and support enterprises in this area of the economy as a crucial industry, the development of which is the basis for the formation of a healthy and competitive population of the country, was emphasized. It is noted that the qualitative and quantitative composition of the population has a direct dependence on food, so the support of such manufacturers is an important element of strategic management.It is determined that the citizens of Ukraine do not receive a significant amount of necessary food for the normal life support of their own activities, and nutrition is one of the most important factors in ensuring and improving the health of the population and staff in particular. The article substantiated taxonomic analysis of life support of food industry enterprises, taking into account the main factors of production (labor, land, capital and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ability). It is proved that the formation of strategic vectors of life support management of the enterprise is closely connected with sources of growth of production volumes. The main reasons for production and economic activity and the conditions in which the product or service is created are called factors of production The author determines that taxonomy allows you to combine constituent elements into a single whole, to choose the necessary system of characteristics that can be used to identify and structure information in order to facilitate its search, monitoring and processing by the user. The study outlines the main financial and economic components that affect the process of managing the life support of the enterprise on the example of the enterprise of the food industry of the Zaporozhye region for the production of bread and bread products. The article notes that the components of the taxonomic coefficient of life support of the enterprise, taking into account the influence of the factor of production "Capital", namely: the cost of production; equity; net profit; Return on assets; Coefficient of autonomy (financial independence); Asset mobility ratio; Asset permanence coefficient Stability factor; Ratio of provision of current assets. According to the results obtained by Harvest LLC, it is necessary to consider strategies for moderate growth or reduction.
