Стратегії та особливості діяльності міжнародних фінансових організацій в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджуються стратегії та особливості діяльності міжнародних фінансових організацій в Україні. Проаналізована роль міжнародних фінансових організацій у розвитку економіки. Розкрито особливості співпраці України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями (МФО), що надають кредитні і грантові ресурси на підтримку економіки держави, оскільки кошти міжнародних фінансових інституцій є найдешевшим джерелом кредитування. Визначено значення співробітництва України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями для розвитку її економіки. Проаналізовано особливості співробітництва з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями за ключовими напрямами, а також негативні і позитивні наслідки цього співробітництва для економіки України. Висвітлено перспективи розвитку співпраці України з міжнародними фінансовими організаціями.

The article examines the strategies and features of international financial organizations in Ukraine. The role of international financial organizations in economic development is analyzed. The peculiarities of Ukraine's cooperation with many international financial organizations (MFIs), which provide credit and grant resources to support the state's economy, are revealed, and funds from international financial institutions are the cheapest source of credit. The problems of attracting resources of international financial organizations for the development of the national economy are studied. Problems and prospects of cooperation are analyzed Ukraine with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, etc. It is concluded that in the further implementation of projects with MFIs should take into account such priorities as scientific cooperation to ensure scientific and technological progress. The importance of Ukraine's cooperation with international financial organizations for the development of its economy has been determined. The issues concerning the peculiarities of cooperation with international financial organizations in the following key areas are analyzed, in particular: introduction of medium-term budget forecasting of attracting external resources for joint financing of investment programs with international financial organizations and strengthening control over the use of credit funds; improving the efficiency of management in the process of project implementation with the financial support of international financial organizations; deepening cooperation in attracting direct and portfolio foreign investments in high-tech sectors of the Ukrainian economy with the approximation to world standards of innovation infrastructure development with the gradual integration of Ukraine into the single European technological space; strengthening cooperation in the direction of providing advisory, expert assistance in the implementation of public debt management. The negative and positive consequences of this cooperation for the economy of Ukraine are analyzed. The indicators of the use of funds of international financial organizations in Ukraine are analyzed. The state of Ukraine 's current relations with international financial organizations, which is the way of Ukraine' s integration into international economic and political relations, is described. Factors that demonstrate the positive trend of Ukraine's cooperation with international financial organizations are analyzed. The main problems that arise in the financial cooperation of Ukraine with international organizations are identified. Prospects for the development of Ukraine's cooperation with international financial organizations are highlighted.
