Аналіз і візуалізація драйверів формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату країн Європейського Союзу

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано інвестиційний клімат у провідних країнах Європейського Союзу, досліджено показники їхнього економічного розвитку за результатами міжнародних рейтингових оцінок. Визначено позиції країн за міжнародними показниками їхньої інвестиційної активності. Виявлено основні тенденції зміни інвестиційного привабливості, запропоновано шляхи формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату в аналізованих країнах світу. За результатами дослідження зроблено висновок про те, що швидкі темпи зміни факторів, які визначають конкурентоспроможність країни на світових ринках, та динамічний розвиток економічного середовища змушують уряд активніше звертатися до проблем забезпечення національної конкурентоспроможності під час формування сприятливих умов зростання у глобальному масштабі. У роботі проведено візуалізацію основних показників, що визначають рівень інвестиційної привабливості країни, здійснено прогнозування показників економічного розвитку національної економіки, визначено тенденції їх зміни.

The interdependence of developing countries in the context of globalization is becoming not only an obvious fact, but also requires a new level of awareness of each country's place in international relations and the role of the movement of investment resources at the national and global levels. One of the most influential factors of exogenous and endogenous nature, which act as a catalyst for increasing the level of investment profitability in the country is a favorable economic environment. On the other hand, the increasing socio-economic tensions are one of the reasons for the low level of investment inflows, lower rates of innovative development, reduction of business performance and so on. The purpose of the article is to analyze the investment climate of the EU as a major factor in enhancing its investment attractiveness through a dynamic and structural analysis of the distribution of European and domestic foreign direct investment flows. The article analyzes the investment climate in the leading countries of the European Union, examines the indicators of their economic development based on the results of international ratings. The positions of countries according to international indicators of their investment activity are determined. The main tendencies of change of investment attractiveness are revealed. The ways of formation of a favorable investment climate in the analyzed countries of the world are offered. The study concludes that the rapid changes in the factors that determine competitiveness in world markets and the dynamic development of the economic environment, forcing governments to address the problems of national competitiveness on a global scale in shaping the conditions for growth. The paper visualizes the main indicators that determine the level of investment attractiveness forecasts the indicators of economic development of the national economy, identifies trends in their change. It is concluded that one of the strategic principles in the direction of increasing the level of investment attractiveness of Ukraine may be to use the experience of leading countries (Germany or Ireland) that have high investment attractiveness with high values of basic indicators of their development.
