Світові та вітчизняні тенденції розвитку машинобудівної галузі

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз показників українських підприємств машинобудівної промисловості порівняно з основними індикаторами розвитку світового ринку. За результатами проведеного аналізу встановлено, що світова промисловість характеризується різким зростанням рівня застосування цифрових технологій, нарощуванням технологічності та спеціалізованості виробництв. Виявлено, що Четверта промислова революція призводить до необхідності впровадження потужних змін у машинобудівній індустрії. У світовому економічному просторі галузь машинобудування впродовж останніх років займала перші позиції за величиною капіталовкладень у наукові дослідження, розробки та інновації. При цьому сектор із виробництва машин та устаткування залишається аутсайдером за цим напрямом. Окреслено проблемні питання вітчизняного машинобудування та шляхи їх вирішення.

The article analyzes the indicators of Ukrainian enterprises in the machine-building industry in comparison with the main indicators of world market development. According to the results of the analysis, it is established that the world industry is characterized by a sharp increase in the level of application of digital technologies, increasing manufacturability and specialization of production. It is revealed that the fourth industrial revolution leads to the need for powerful changes in the machine-building industry. In the world economic space, the engineering industry in recent years has occupied the first position in terms of investment in research, development and innovation. At the same time, the machinery and equipment sector remains an outsider in this area. The study found that in recent years, the scientific sector is increasingly expressing views on the onset of the fourth industrial revolution, which is accompanied by the spread of the use of leading information technologies in the engineering industry. Those enterprises that will not start working now to address the needs of "digitalization" for production technologies and processes will soon be pushed out of the market. As the engineering industries become more complex and the pace of technological change increases, the task of formulating a policy of progressive development of the engineering industry is becoming increasingly difficult. It is theoretically justified that in the future the existing trends will only intensify, depriving markets of individual enterprises and even entire industries of those countries that failed to orient and develop mechanisms for the protection and development of certain sectors of the machine-building industry. In this context, the domestic machinebuilding industry is in a high-risk zone and in the next 5–10 years may disappear from the map of the world industrial market. Therefore, the primary task of state power at this stage is the development of national industrial strategies and comprehensive mechanisms for technological development of the domestic machine-building industry. The main trends and perspective tendencies of development of machine – building branch are defined. Problematic issues of domestic engineering and ways to solve them are outlined.
