Зовнішньоекономічні відносини України з країнами Організації чорноморського економічного співробітництва

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання зовнішньоекономічних відносин України з країнами Організації чорноморського економічного співробітництва. Висвітлено основні напрями співпраці держав у рамках організації. Проведено аналіз зовнішньоекономічних відносин України з країнами ОЧЕС. Зокрема, проаналізовано динаміку та обсяги експорту-імпорту України загалом та з країнами ОЧЕС. Визначено динамічний розвиток попиту на вітчизняні товари на ринках країн – членів ОЧЕС. Обґрунтовано роль та значення активізації зовнішньоекономічних відносин України з країнами ОЧЕС. Акцентовано увагу на подальшому розвитку системи державної підтримки високотехнологічного екс-порту, який має стати першим пріоритетом зовнішньоекономічної політики України як у контексті розширення впливу на країни ОЧЕС, так і в рамках інтеграції у світову економіку.

Ukraine’s foreign economic relations are carried out in difficult conditions, but the development of the state support system for high-tech exports should become the first priority of the country’s foreign economic policy, both in the context of expanding influence on the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and integration into the world economy. Ukraine’s interest in cooperation with international organizations is determined by the growing role of the Black Sea region in the economic, security and political dimensions of foreign policy, which requires a reassessment of the effectiveness of foreign economic relations with the countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization. Throughout history, there has been an active development of the Black Sea region, the growth of its importance as a significant trade hub, accompanied by the emergence of civilizations, the emergence of technology and the constant presence of military conflicts. At the same time, it should be noted that Ukraine’s interest in the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization is due to the importance of access to the Black Sea and its resources, the desire to form an economic and logistics hub between Europe, Asia and Africa, the importance of increasing trade and investment from Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization countries, capitalize tourism and transit potential. It should be emphasized that the Black and Azov Seas play a fundamental role in Ukraine’s economic security and development. Most of Ukraine’s industrial potential is concentrated in the south-east, which causes enterprises to use the relevant ports to export their products abroad and import raw materials. Based on this, the competitiveness and development of a large part of the Ukrainian industrial complex depends on the state of port and transport infrastructure, as well as free access to shipping in the Black and Azov Seas. Cooperation with the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization plays an important role in this context. In general, the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization plays an important role for Ukraine in diversifying and increasing its export potential.
