Библиографическое описание: The research is aimed at creating a web application for the formation of virtual tours of the buildings and the territory of "Lviv Polytechnic" National University with the use of information technology technology. The urgency of the topic is due to the need to promote the higher education establishment in the socio-communicative environment of Ukraine and the development of technologies that allow to expand the possibilities of marketing in the formation of sightseeing tours of places that are cultural monuments, attractions in the university. Virtual or augmented reality technologies are particularly relevant to ensure a virtual university visit within a pandemic, due to quarantine, which limits people's ability to visit places of interest on their own. The advantages during the development of such a multimedia information product are presented in the article.
