| Abstract: | This article deals with the questions of the role of communication in management. The definition of the term
«management» is proposed. The main peculiarities of communication in management are analyzed. It is underlined
that management is impossible without communication. Different kinds of communication in management are
discussed. В статті розглядаються питання ролі комунікації в менеджменті. Пропонується визначення поняття «менеджмент». Аналізуються основні особливості комунікації в управлінській діяльності. Підкреслю- ється, що менеджмент неможливий без комунікації. Обговорюються різні види комунікації в менеджменті. |
