dc.description	This paperanalyzes the features ofthe evolution ofthe Party Systemin Ukraine. The researchercalculatedindex ofthe effective number ofparties on the basis of electionsto the Supreme Council of Ukraine(1991–2012years).It is concluded about the formation of two-block Party System in the country.
