Гіпербілірубінемія та її корекція у дітей із неонатальними жовтяницями

Abstract

Дослідження особливостей клінічного перебігу пролонгованої неонатальної жовтяниці з асоційованим дисбактеріозом у немовлят (п=432) та розробка ефективного методу корекції виявлених ендоекологічних порушень в комплексній реабілітації немовлят з включенням лактулози.

Research of features of clinical observation of the prolonged jaundice with associated disbioses in the newborns (п=432). Result. Elaboration and using of effective methods of endoecological correction of abnormalities in infants with complex rehabilitation inclusion of lactulose. Conclusion. Thus, our study found that increasing the level of indirect bilirubin serum of the babies diagnosed with neonatal jaundice which correlates with change of child homeostasis.
