dc.description.abstract	В умовах епідемії туберкульозу, яка ускладнюється поширенням форм туберкульозу, резистентних до протитуберкульозних препаратів, надзвичайно важливим та актуальним є розробка оптимальних методів підвищення ефективності лікування туберкульозу у дитячому віці. На основі проведеного дослідження доведено взаємозв’язок між дисбалансом мікроелементів та перебігом захворювання, ефективністю лікування. Отримані дані обґрунтовують включення в комплексне лікування туберкульозу мінералокорекції, як методу патогенетичної впливу.	uk
dc.description.sponsorship	The purpose of the research study is the effectiveness of treatment in children with first diagnosed tuberculosis and to explore factors which have influence on the effectiveness of treatment of tuberculosis in childhood. The efficiency of treatment of first diagnosed tuberculosis in childhood presented the relationship between the violation of mineral metabolism and duration of disease by our date. These data confirmated adding mineralokorektsiyi as one of the important factors and which accelerating reparative processes and have positive dynamics of comorbidity. These data justify inclusion in the treatment of tuberculosis of mineral and vitamin correction as a method of pathogenic effects. Mainly in the treatment of tuberculosis as an infectious disease is remains Antimycobacterial therapy. However, the development and course of tuberculous process has important condition microorganism, its protective reactions spare capacity and balance of trace elements. These factors must be considered when planning a comprehensive treatment of first diagnosed tuberculosis in children.	uk
