Перспективы двустороннего сотрудничества Азербайджан-Белоруссия

Abstract

Двостороння співпраця між Білоруссю та Азербайджаном реалізується в принципі готовності розвивати відносини з будь-якою країною на основі поваги та взаємної вигоди. Часті заходи на політичному рівні позитивно вплинули на розвиток зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків між двома країнами. Номенклатура та особливості взаємного експорту-імпорту Білорусі та Азербайджану різноманітні. Національні ринки прагнуть доповнити один одного. Крім економічної взаємодії між країнами, постійно актуалізуються й військова співпраця. Сприятливий інвестиційний клімат у Білорусі дозволяє здійснювати низку взаємовигідних проектів. Значні резерви співробітництва є у сфері залучення інвестицій. За роки співпраці Білорусь та Азербайджан напрацювали понад 100 міжнародних договорів різного рівня. Висока динаміка контактів відзначається на рівні урядів, парламентів, міністерств, великих компаній Білорусі та Азербайджану. Лише з 2015 до 2022 року відбулося близько 200 різних зустрічей високого та міністерського рівня. У країн є всі необхідні ресурси, щоб і надалі розширювати економічні зв’язки, наголошуючи не лише на торгівлі, а й на розвитку спільних коопераційних проектів у промисловості. Білорусь послідовно підтримує Азербайджан у питаннях суверенітету, територіальної цілісності та добросусідських відносин із суміжними державами. Взаємодія Білорусі та Азербайджану у межах міжнародних організацій із ключових питань здійснюється традиційно й у конструктивному руслі. Білорусь та Азербайджан є повноправними членами близько 60 міжнародних організацій і взаємна підтримка дозволяє підвищити ефективність роботи обох країн на міжнародних майданчиках.

Bilateral cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan is carried out in accordance with the principle of readiness to develop relations with each country on the basis of respect and mutual benefit. A frequent political meeting had a positive impact on the development of foreign economic relations between the two countries. The nomenclature and features of mutual export-import of Belarus and Azerbaijan are diverse. National markets, as a rule, complement each other. In addition to economic cooperation, military cooperation between the countries is always relevant. A favorable investment environment in Belarus allows you to implement a number of mutually beneficial projects. There are significant prospects for cooperation in the field of attracting investment. Over the years of cooperation, Belarus and Azerbaijan have accumulated more than 100 international agreements of various levels. The high dynamics of contacts is noted at the level of governments, parliaments, ministries, large companies of Belarus and Azerbaijan. Only from 2015 to 2022, about 200 different high-level and ministerial meetings were held. The countries have all the necessary resources to further expand economic ties, focusing not only on trade, but also on the development of joint cooperation projects in industry. Belarus consistently supports Azerbaijan in matters of sovereignty, territorial integrity and good-neighborly relations with neighboring states. Cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan within the framework of international organizations on key issues is carried out traditionally and in a constructive manner. Belarus and Azerbaijan are full members of about 60 international organizations, and mutual support makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the work of both countries on international platforms.
