Зміни макроелементного складу крові при хронічному панкреатит

Abstract

Вивчено показники вмісту кальцію, натрію, калію, хлору та магнію в крові при різних формах хронічного панкреатиту. У хворих на хронічний калькульозний панкреатит виявлено зниження в крові макроелементів кальцію та натрію. Зниження магнію в крові спостерігається при хронічному псевдотуморозному та хронічному калькульозному панкреатиті. Визначення вмісту макроелементів крові при хронічному панкреатиті дає можливість провести відповідну медикаментозну корекцію.

Materials and methods. The levels of macroelements at blood serum at 122 patients with chronic pancreatitis (40 – pseudotumoros chronic pancreatitis, 38 - chronic calculous pancreati-tis, 44 - chronic infiltrasion-fibrotic pancreatitis) are provided, which were treated in the gastroentero-logic department of Transcarpathian Regional Clinical Hospital. name of A.Novaka by 2009-2016 years. The levels of K+, Ca++, Mg++, Na+, Cl- in blood serum at patients with various forms of chronic pancreatitis defined by test-sistem “Filisit diagnosis”, Dnepropetrovsk. Results of research. At patients with chronic calculous pancreatitis showed a reduction in blood serum levels of macroelemets Ca++ and Na++. Reduced of levels of Mg++ in chronic calculous and psevdo-tumoros chronic pancreatitis were observed. The clinical course of chronic pancreatitis depends on the performance of levels of Mg++ and Ca++ in the blood serum. Determination of levels of macroelements in blood serum at patients with chronic pancreatitis makes it possible to conduct appropriate there medical correction. Conclusions. Changes of levels of makroelements in the blood serum in different forms of chronic pancreatitis affect their clinical course that must be considered in there treatment.
