Роль політичної освіти для молоді з особливими освітніми потребами

Abstract

У статті досліджується та визначається роль політичної освіти для молоді з особливими освітніми потребами. Підкреслюється, що сьогодні освіта в Україні повинна враховувати такі ключові процеси, як війна, пандемія, революція в інформаційній та комунікаційній сферах, дистанційність. Інклюзивна освіта прилаштовується до світових викликів і ґрунтується на принципах недискримінації, рівності учасників навчального процесу в єдиному освітньому просторі відповідно до їхніх потреб і можливостей. На думку автора, політична освіта є важливою абсолютно для всіх учасників навчального процесу, тому що визначає цілісне ставлення студента до світових подій, сприяє оволодінню практичними навичками участі в громадському житті, укріплює власну політичну позицію, почуття патріотизму, громадянської активності у відстоюванні незалежності держави, прищеплює свободу висловлювати свої думки. Створення та розвиток ефективного функціонування системи політичної освіти має вирішальне значення у формування політичної культури молоді. Автор наголошує, що саме держава має бути зацікавлена у формуванні політично зрілої молоді, яка усвідомлено аналізує події в країні та світі. Політичні знання нині це не лише частина загальної ерудиції, але й об’єктивна необхідність. Інклюзивна освіта передбачає створення освітнього середовища, яке відповідало б потребам і можливостям кожної особи, незалежно від особливостей її психофізичного розвитку. Тому потрібно постійно удосконалювати систему освіти для ліквідації наявних кордонів в реалізації ідеї інклюзії. Позитивно відображається на навчанні молоді з особливими освітніми потребами впровадження інноваційних технологій. Також невід’ємною умовою успішної політичної соціалізації студентів з інвалідністю є залучення їх до участі в конференціях, круглих столах, тренінгах, зустрічі з політичними експертами. Дуже важливо, щоб студента з особливими освітніми потребами спонукали до навчання саме позитивні мотиви, які прискорюють процес його адаптації до нових умов.

The role of political education for youth with special educational needs is explored and determined. It is emphasized that today Ukrainian education should take into account such key processes as war, pandemic, revolution in information and communication spheres, distance. Inclusive education adapts to global challenges and is based on the principles of non-discrimination, equality of participants in the educational process in a single educational space according to their needs and capabilities. According to the author, political education is important for absolutely all participants of the educational process, because it determines the student's holistic attitude to world events, promotes the mastery of practical skills of participation in public life, strengthens one's own political position, a sense of patriotism, civic activity in defending the independence of the state, instills freedom to express one's thoughts. The creation and development of the effective functioning of the political education system is of crucial importance in the formation of the political culture of the youth. The author emphasizes that it is the state that should be interested in the formation of politically mature youth who consciously analyze events in the country and the world. Nowadays, political knowledge is not only a part of general erudition, but also an objective necessity. Inclusive education involves the creation of an educational environment that would meet the needs and capabilities of each person, regardless of the peculiarities of his psychophysical development. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly improve the education system in order to eliminate existing boundaries in the implementation of the idea of inclusion. The introduction of innovative technologies has a positive effect on the education of young people with special educational needs. Also, an integral condition for the successful political socialization of students with disabilities is their participation in conferences, round tables events, trainings, meetings with political experts. It is very important that a student with special educational needs is motivated to study by positive motives that accelerate the process of his adaptation to new conditions.
