Типологічні особливості гемодинамічних реакцій у представників різних типів саморегуляції кровообігу при ортостатичних впливах

Abstract

This article is devoted to the results of study of central hemodynamics parameters; rates of myocardium energetic function in healthy people with different types of blооd circulation self -regulation (TBS) in orthostatic test. lt was proved that vascular and average type representatives are characterised bу optimal hemodynamic reactions under orthostathic changes. Systolic volume, cardiac output and mean arterial pressure of representatives of these types of circulation remain more stabile under orthostatic load, than these parameters of people with heart type of circulation.
