Використання рентген-дифракційного аналізу для дослідження жовчі та жовчних каменів

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate X-ray diffraction characteristics of bile and gallstones of patients, ill with non-calculous cholecystitis (30 persons) and gallstone disease (25 persons). Bile was taken during laparoscopic cholecystectomy and at fraction duodenal probe of bile. Thick layers of native (unprocessed) bile were applied оп glass palettes and were dried at room temperature. All measurements were carried out оп DRON-2 difractometer. Additional peaks in bile spectra of patients with gallstone disease bile were founded, in comparison with non-calculous cholecystitis patients.
