Геостратегічна трансформація Близького Сходу крізь призму інтересів України

Abstract

У статті автори визначають основні тенденції геополітичної трансформації близькосхідної регіональної системи. Їх врахування надає Україні змогу системно вибудовувати політику стосовно консолідованого простору Великого Близького Сходу. Це передбачає критичне використання досвіду інших позарегіональних держав, зокрема США, країн Європейського Союзу, КНР. На основі виокремлення етапів формування близькосхідної регіональної системи доведено, що сучасні регіональні трансформації знаходять відображення в формуванні макрорегіону «Великого Близького Сходу», який включає Близький Схід та суміжні регіони. Визначено, що система регіональних міжнародних відносин знаходиться в умовах кардинальних змін, що призводять до їх реструктуралізації, створення нового співвідношення сил та формування нових взаємозв’язків між державами.

In the article, the authors determine the main trends of geopolitical transformations of the Middle East regional system. Their consideration should enable Ukraine to systematically build policy towards the consolidated space of the Great Middle East. This supposed the critical usage of the experience of other non-regional states, in particular the United States, the European Union countries, the People's Republic of China. Based on the allocation of the stages of formation of the Middle East regional system, it has been proved that modern regional transformations are reflected in the formation of the macro-region of the “Great Middle East”, which includes the Middle East and its adjacent regions. It is determined that the system of regional international relations is in the context of radical changes that will lead to the reorganization of regional relations, the creature of a new balance of forces and the formation of new interconnections between the states of region.
