Трансформація політичної культури студентської молоді сучасної України

Abstract

Сучасність характеризується світовою трансформацією. Глобалізація, інформаційна революція, інтеграційні тенденції у світі, міграційні процеси тощо свідчать про те, що практично кожна держава змінює параметри своєї загальної та політичної діяльності. Кожна країна змінюється, трансформується, пристосовується до нових умов світової динаміки, впливаючи як на характер відносин з іншими країнами, так і на відносини між суб’єктами політичної взаємодії всередині країни на рівні політичних інститутів, соціально-політичної спільноти, окремої особистості. Останнє вимагає нового типу політичної культури, нових норм і технологій, формування яких є однаково важливим завданням для всіх країн, що вступають у відповідні відносини. Дослідження старої та формування нової політичної культури студентської молоді є неодмінним процесом. Це пов’язано із суперечністю між усвідомленням політичної культури як важливого складника характеру сучасної молоді в контексті суспільно-політичного, соціокультурного життя студента й відсутністю людських, програмних, методичних, теоретичних і методологічних ресурсів, що унеможливлює забезпечення достатнього рівня політичної грамотності молоді. У статті вивчено теоретичні питання формування політичної культури української студентської молоді в умовах світових трансформацій, інтеграційних тенденцій у світі, інтенсифікації міграційних процесів, складної економічної та соціальної ситуації, війни на сході України. Проаналізовано останні дослідження, наукові публікації з різних аспектів політичної культури. Сформульовано основні тези та цілі навчальної діяльності, які мають бути спрямовані на виховання громадянських, демократичних, патріотичних переконань і формування толерантності в умовах полікультурного суспільства. На основі проведених досліджень зроблено висновок, що запорукою прийняття рішень і вирішення поставлених завдань є створення умов для розвитку патріотичної, політично грамотної, здатної мислити та приймати власні рішення молоді.

Modernity is characterized by world transformation. The globalization, the information revolution, the integration tendencies in the world, the migration processes, etc., indicate that practically every state is changing the parameters of its general and political activity. Each country is changing, transforming, adapting to new conditions of the world dynamics, affecting both the nature of relations with other countries, and the relations between the subjects of political interaction in the middle of the country at the level of political institutions, socio-political communities, individual personalities. The latter requires a new type of political culture, new norms and technologies, the formation of which is an equally important task for all countries engaging in relevant relations. Exploring the old and forming a new political culture of student youth is an indispensable process. This is due to the contradiction between the awareness of political culture as an important component of the character of modern youth in the context of the socio-political, socio-cultural life of the student and the lack of human, programmatic, methodological, theoretical and methodological resources, which makes it impossible to provide a sufficient level of political the literacy of young people, and the translation of political values into the educational process is sufficient. The theoretical issues of political culture formation of Ukrainian student youth in the conditions of world transformations, integration tendencies in the world, intensification of migration processes, difficult economic and social situation, war in the east of Ukraine are investigated. Recent research, scientific publications on various aspects of the political culture are analyzed. The main theses and goals of educational activity are formulated, which should be aimed at education of civic, democratic, patriotic beliefs and formation of tolerance in the conditions of multicultural society. On the basis of the conducted researches it is concluded that the key to the decision-making of the set tasks is to create conditions for the development of a patriotic, politically literate, able to think and make own decisions of the youth.
