Деякі зміни гомеостазу в немовлят, які проживають у районах із різним рівнем забруднення навколишнього середовища

Abstract

The research of the state of the system of the lipids’ peroxide oxidation-antioxidational system, catecholamine depositional function of the erythrocytes, which shows the stress’s realization, the penetration of the erythrocytes’ membranes, the indexes of endotoxicosis and some indexes, which characterize the immune system (lymphocytes’, subpopulations, cytokines II-2 and factor of tumour’s necrose) has been made. The research has been made in 62 children of the first year of life, the citizens of the regional city and big industrial city. The indexes of children, who live in ecologically un favourable district of the city and conditionally clean district have been analysed separately. We have fixed, that the activity of the system of the lipids' peroxide oxidation is increased, the penetration of the erythrocytes' membranes is decreased, the manifestations of endotoxicosis are increased, the functioning of the immune system is violated in children, who live in ecologically un favourable district.
