Abstract

The article deals with principles, direction and stages of government's reform, also with the structure and functions of public administration, as well with the new forms of its activities. The experience of Bulgaria, Kazachstan, Poland and Russia is analyzed, as well as its application in Poltavska region. The methods of public administration activities are demonstrated on the base of realization in Poland the competition "Modern administration" and of other programs.
