Abstract

The study deals with that index number which is able to characterize the the small regions’ development level and it also examines the hidden information and keen on defining it from every possible angles. Recognising the relation between the development and the influental factors which relation is stochastical, using the special multiplical lineral correlation: the so called path-analization method which separates the factors’ effects into direct, indirect and also common effects. At the valuing process of the results they direct the attention compared to the original methods to the added information which is available for the decision- makers.
