Характеристика синдрому бронхообструкції у дітей

Abstract

Було обстежено 76 дітей на базі Хустської районної лікарні Закарпатської області з запальними захворюваннями респіраторного тракту. У ході досліджень було проведено клініко­анамнестична інтерпретація та клініко-лабораторне обстеження дітей із бронхообструктивним синдромом при запальних захворюваннях респіраторного тракту та БОС нез'ясованого генезу, вста­новлено, що для періоду нападу БОС характерними є обтяжений анамнез та дизімуноглобулінемія.

During the research was conducted clinical and laboratory assessment of children with bronchial-obstructive syndrome in inflammatory diseases and respiratory system BOS unknown origin, has been found that for BOS accessible period characterized dyzimunohlobulinemiya, reducing the number of Т lymphocytes, imbalance of immunoregulatory lymphocytes, decreased absorption function of phagocytes and the weakening of antioxidant protection. Were inspected 76 children оn а base Hust District Hospital of the Zakarpattya region with the inflammatory diseases of Respiratory System. During researches there were was conduct clinical -anamnestical interpretation and Clinical - laboratory inspection of children with а Bronchial obstructive syndrome at inflammatory disease of respiratory system and Bronchial obstructive syndrome anknown genesis. Were identificated burdened anamnesis and disimmunoglobulinemiy at attack of bronchial­obstructive syndrome in the children with the inflammatory diseases of Respiratory System.
