Проблеми трансформації співробітництва Великої Британії та Європейського Союзу після Brexit

Abstract

У статті досліджено основні проблеми встановлення взаємовідносин Великої Британії та Європейського Союзу після Brexit. Вихід Сполученого Королівства з ЄС має негативні наслідки для обох сторін. Проте Британії в першу чергу необхідно мінімізувати економічні наслідки, а ЄС - політичні. Визначення основних проблем та їхній аналіз дає змогу розробити дієві шляхи вирішення наявних проблем. Окреслено два можливі вектори розвитку ЄС: збільшення гнучкості в структурі Союзу і навпаки - посилення заходів, спрямованих на консолідацію держав-членів.

The article examines the main problems of establishing relations between Great Britain and the European Union after Brexit. The UK’s withdrawal from the EU has negative consequences for both parties. However, for Britain, the economic consequences must be minimized in the first place, and for the EU, the political ones. Identifying the main problems and their analysis in the study allows you to develop effective ways to solve existing problems. There are two possible vectors for the development of the EU: increasing flexibility in the structure of the Union and, conversely, strengthening measures aimed at consolidating the Member States. Additionally, promising options for resolving existing controversial issues have been identified.
