Визначено окремі підстави для класифікації прав і свобод громадян, які реалізуються у сфері запобігання й протидії корупції. Визначено основні різновиди прав і свобод громадян, які реалізуються у сфері запобігання та протидії корупції. Охарактеризовано способи захисту прав громадян у сфері запобігання й протидії корупції.

The article is devoted to the classification of the rights and freedoms of citizens that are realized in the sphere of preventing and combating of corruption. Individual basis for classification of rights and freedoms of the citizens that are realized in the sphere of preventing and combating of corruption are determined. The main types of the rights and freedoms of citizens that are realized in the sphere of preventing and combating of corruption are determined. The ways to protect the rights of citizens in the sphere of preventing and combating of corruption are characterized.
