Сучасне розуміння міграції та міграційних процесів в Україні

Abstract

У статті досліджуються міграційні процеси та міграція в Україні. Доведено, що міграційні потоки є так званим індикатором реакції населення на зміни в економічному, політичному, соціальному житті будь-якого суспільства. Встановлено, що обсяги, напрямки та масштаби таких процесів певною мірою свідчать про стабільність або нестабільність суспільного розвитку в країні. Зазначається, що держава зобов’язана забезпечити контроль і нагляд за цими процесами, але при цьому слід враховувати основні права та свободи людини та громадянина. Для забезпечення зазначеного процесу запропоновано заходи щодо переосмислення теоретичних підходів до визначення поняття міграції та міграційних процесів.

The article deals with migration and migration processes in Ukraine. It is carried out that migration flows are the so called indicator of the reaction of the population on the changers in economical, political and social life in any society. It is stated that the volume and directions and scale of such processes at the certain measure tell about the stability or instability of the society development in the country. It is shown that the state is obliged to provide control and observance for these processes, but the main rights and freedoms of the people should be taken into account. Some proposals were formed for the provision of the change of the approaches to the distinguishing of the notion of migration and migration processes .
